  • Conference Settings: Turn on or off beeps when people join the conference; Decide if participants join a call or wait on hold until you arrive or after you leave; Decide if callers can use the US or International toll-free numbers; Implement a session security code and more.
  • Web Controls: Start and manage your conference call online. Mute and unmute all or specific participants; Drop a caller; Lock the call to prevent more participants from joining; Record the call and more.
  • Phone Controls: As moderator you can use phone commands to mute and unmute yourself or all other participants, hear the number of callers, lock and unlock the call, adjust entry/exit beeps, and record the call. Participants can mute and unmute themselves, hear the number of callers, and raise their hand.
  • Lecture mode and Q&A: As moderator, you can mute all other callers. They can request to speak through a “hand-raising” feature, and you can mute and unmute individuals online.
